Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our professional-grade fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.
Return Process:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special packaging requirements (for large items like boxing rings or barbell sets)
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened boxing hand wraps
- Used boxing gloves
- Personal accessories that have been removed from original packaging
Refund Information:
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Amount: You’ll receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
