Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Boxing gloves and hand wraps
  • Pilates balls and mats
  • Elastic fitness bands and resistance tubing
  • Fasciae and muscle stimulators
  • Any opened or used personal training equipment

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse at 3073 Chipmunk Lane, ATLANTA, US 75551 using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

Refund Information

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
