Test Package

These tests will determine the target heart rates for different ergometer types. The target heart rates produced are very important for training planning as one can only train effectively when the training stimulus is matched to the training goals. The package contains test programmes for the Motion Cycle 500 and Motion Sprint 500. Test results will produce qualitative high quality training that match the aerobic zone for person who is training. The test package contains the following test: IPN, Astrand, PWC, lactate, standard and Conconi.
