The Stages “SC1” indoor exercise bike has contactless, magnetic resistance that is infinitely variable and not controlled electronically. A robust steel frame ensures particular stability even during short sprint intervals. The cast-iron flywheel runs smoothly and ensures a pleasant riding experience even when pedalling at high frequencies while in the saddle or when coasting. With the single-sided power meter on the Plus model, you can track and send your training and performance data such as watts, time, heart rate, calories and rpm (revolutions per minute) to your app of choice. The saddle and handlebars can be adjusted quickly and conveniently using pins.
