The Flexi-Bar – a multifunctional oscillating bar
The Flexi-Bar oscillating bar is a true all-rounder: it can be used to improve your endurance, coordination, posture, stability and body perception. In therapy, it is a popular product to address back and joint complaints. The “Kids” variant is shorter, designed for children. The “Sport”, “Intensive” and “Athletic” bars are for adults and are all the same length, but differ in terms of hardness. The following applies: the stiffer the bar, the trickier it is to get it to oscillate. “Athletic” models are even more challenging to use as they are significantly heavier. For an enjoyable workout, you will need a space of approximately 2×2 m.

To keep the workouts varied, each Flexi-Bar comes with an exercise poster and a DVD (in German).
